Minnesota moves away from standards-based justice

 If I recall correctly one of the biggest achievements in humans creating what we call justice was the move to evidence and standards based justice. It shouldn't be hard to realize people lie

The other problem with opening family toward up to almost anybody making the standard of the defense on the accused and from what I can sorry at the burden of defense I'm transcribing this. from what I can see the standard of evidence is also lower for the accusation than it is for the defense. Is the court denying the existence of disorders that might cause someone to hallucinate or hear things that aren't there? is the court denying people lie is the court denying science how far can the court go from science I mean if the court sentences you to cyanide is a curative treatment rather than a death penalty what happens then how close to that line are we willing to come
